The following is a list of fees that are required under Massachusetts General Laws:

COPY FEES

Certified Copies (per page) $ 1.00
Coin Operated Copy Machines (per page) $ .50
Plan copy per sq.ft. (i.e. a 24 x 36 plan will cost $6.00) $ 1.00
Microfilm copies $ 2.00

FAX FEES

Fax Local $.75 per page and $1.00 per page to have it faxed
Fax Long Distance $.75 per page and $3.00 per page to have it faxed
* Includes all surcharges

DOCUMENT RETURN POLICY

   The Registry Policy will be to return all documents that have a self-addressed stamped envelope at the time of recording. If a self-addressed envelope with the correct postage is not included, then the original recorded documents will be sent to offsite storage.
